DIABOLIC formed January 1997 with the intent to become extreme metal elite! This intense fury of music was unleashed immediately through relentless live performance and the release of the landmark demo `CITY OF THE DEAD`. This highly successful demo, described by critics as `the best death metal demo ever`, established an enormous international underground following for DIABOLIC. Extensive touring soon followed, including 6 major U.S. festivals, and the DEATH METAL MASSACRE 2000 tour with CANNIBAL CORPSE which sold out venues across North America for 6 weeks!! DIABOLIC were also honored to tour with death metal pioneers MORBID ANGEL. DIABOLIC surpasses all earlier releases with their latest offering `VENGEANCE ASCENDING`!!
